STORAGE
- Store in a confined space at room temperature and specific humidity, do not expose to direct water or heat.
- Stacking more than 8 (eight) high per pallet is not recommended.
- A maximum stacking of 2-pallet high is recommended.
EXPIRATION
Products can be stored for 10 months in accordance with storage recommendations. The expiration date can be found on the packaging.
Instructions
Area
AAC substrate surface with a thickness of 7.5 cm or 10.0 cm.
Method
1. Preparation
- Use sufficient markers to ensure the bricks are placed evenly.
- Clean the surface of the AAC from any dirt and oil that may compromise the adhesion of the mix.
- If it is too dry, wet the brick’s surface with water.
2. Mixing
- Prepare 9.0-9.5 liters of water for each Mortar Indonesia Thin Bed Adhesive (40 kg).
- Pour Mortar Indonesia Thin Bed Adhesive into the previously prepared mixing bucket.
- Mix the admixture well. It is recommended to use a mixer.
3. Application
- Apply Mortar Indonesia Thin Bed Adhesive evenly to a cleaned surface using a plastering trowel with teeth.
- Push it close to the adjacent lightweight brick.
- Use a rubber mallet to flatten the surface of the AAC block the most even spread.
