Celebrating 150,000 Hours of Zero Accident at PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia

A building materials company, PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia (MKI) is currently constructing a factory in Narogong, Gunung Putri, West Java. On Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 7:50 WIB, MKI proudly celebrated 150,000 working hours of zero accident in Narogong, West Java. This event was a token of appreciation for everyone’s excellent work and contribution to MKI’s effort to create a safe work culture. In attendance were MKI and PT Baja Manunggal Perkasa as the contractor.

At the event, awards were given to on-site workers by HSE Manager Mr. Kesuma Putra as a representative of MKI. The award ceremony was followed by a Toolbox Meeting, in which PT Baja Manunggal Perkasa delivered a presentation on work safety to remind everyone to comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules throughout the project for the maintenance of a safe work culture. Furthermore, PT Baja Manunggal Perkasa distributed work safety cards (PEKA) that help the workers maintain, ensure, and protect their health and safety at work.
