Mortar Indonesia Brick Laying & Plaster is an instant mortar especially formulated as an adhesive for AAC and plaster. A homogeneous mixture of cement, sand, and selected materials provides optimal application and quality

Application thickness: 10-15 mm (use multi-layer application for thickness of more than 15 mm)

STORAGE
- Store in a confined space at room temperature and specific humidity, do not expose to direct water or heat.
- Stacking more than 8 (eight) high per pallet is not recommended.
- A maximum stacking of 2-pallet high is recommended.
EXPIRATION
Products can be stored for 10 months in accordance with storage recommendations. The expiration date can be found on the packaging.

Area
AAC or red brick substrate surface.
Method
1. Preparation
Brick Laying
- Prepare the work area and surface where the bricks will be installed.
- Use sufficient markers to ensure the bricks are placed evenly.
- Clean the surface from any dirt and oil.
- Wet the brick with water.
Plaster
- Use sufficient markers to ensure the bricks are placed evenly.
- Make wall plaster controller with a plaster thickness (+10 mm).
- Clean the surface of the AAC from any debris, dirt, and oil that may compromise the adhesion of the mix.
- If it is too dry, wet the surface to be plastered with water.
2. Mixing
- Prepare 6.0-6.5 liters of water for each Mortar Indonesia Brick Laying & Plaster (40 kg).
- Pour dry Mortar Indonesia Brick Laying & Plaster mix into the previously prepared mixing bucket.
- Mix the admixture well. It is recommended to use a mixer.
3. Application
- Apply Mortar Indonesia Brick Laying & Plaster by roughcasting the surface of the prepared substrate.
- Level the plaster surface with a screed for better results.
- Upon completion, scrub or finish with a cement trowel or similar implements for optimal results.
